Cochrane Library: new features and changes for editorial teams

The Cochrane Library has introduced some new features and changes that will have an impact on Cochrane Review Groups (CRGs). During this webinar, the Cochrane Library team will provide an overview of these changes, the benefits the new features will provide, and implications for editorial and publishing practices. Features include the option to list more than one CRG with a published Cochrane Review, Orcid identifiers for authors, linking Cochrane Reviews and CENTRAL records, and plans for retiring the ‘About The Cochrane Collaboration’ database. 

Presenter Bio:

Harriet MacLehose is the Senior Editor for the Editorial and Methods Department, responsible for the development of the Cochrane Library platform, and editorial policy development and implementation. 

John Hilton is an Editor in the Editorial and Methods Department, working mainly on developing the Cochrane Library platform. 

Sera Tort is the Clinical Editor at the Editorial & Methods Dept. and the team lead of Cochrane Clinical Answers. 

Ruth Foxlee is the information specialist at the Editorial & Methods Dept. and is the Cochrane lead on the development of CENTRAL and the search interface on the Cochrane Library.
