The Cochrane Infectious Diseases Group have produced checklists to plan the dissemination of their reviews, and these are available to any Cochrane Review Groups to adapt and use for their own dissemination planning. 

This plan will help you create a develop a strategy to disseminate your review, by identifying and describing your stakeholders, accompanying communication objectives and messages, and any specific contacts and timelines for achieving these.
